Empower Your Career with TLA:

Join the team at TLA, the award-winning automotive marketing powerhouse. With a 22-year legacy of innovation and success, we partner with all major UK auto brands, such as Volkswagen, BMW, and Ford, to drive new car sales through cutting-edge customer acquisition solutions.

The Role:

As Data Integrations Manager at TLA, you’ll bridge the gap between our clients, data providers and internal teams.

You will be responsible for facilitating both the inbound flow of crucial data into our systems and accurate outbound delivery of customer data to our clients through seamless integrations. This inbound data is pivotal in ensuring our access to the latest automotive industry information, client stock, retailer and offer data which we utilise to maintain our competitive advantage in the market. Our outbound integrations with manufacturer CRM systems enable the delivery of our services to them.

The role combines strategic, commercial and technical management regarding data integrations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building external relationships, securing data access permissions and then managing the associated integration processes.

As such, the ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in both technical data management and strategic business positioning. You should be adept at navigating complex data environments, initiating innovative data-driven strategies, and building productive partnerships that propel our company’s growth through enhancing sales lead quality.

Experience and Skills:

  • Degree level education with proven track record in data management or integration, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across both technical and commercial teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. You will be planning and managing data integration projects at both commercial and technical level.
  • Technical mindset with ability to review and understand technical specification documents and work with internal and external technical teams to ensure integration plans are aligned.
  • Strategic mindset, with the capability to identify new data opportunities that align with and drive our business goals.
  • Sound commercial acumen, with an understanding of the automotive market dynamics in the UK.

Why Join TLA?

  • Be part of a company that’s shaping the future of car buying, where your work directly influences our success.
  • Enjoy a hybrid working model, with Monday/Tuesday in our vibrant Liverpool centre office.
  • Engage in a culture that values self-development, teamwork, and giving back through charity sporting events.
  • Benefit from a competitive salary (as stated, DOE), private health insurance, pension plan, and more.
