Your Role at TLA.

Our mission is to enable automotive brands to sell more cars, by delivering the highest quality leads and driving new car sales through our ground-breaking Martech solutions. Join us in helping us to forge strong partnerships with major UK auto brands and their marketing agencies.

As a Commercial Operations and Quality Executive you'll be at the heart of our operations, focusing on several critical areas:

The Role.

This is an entry level position, so we’re looking for someone with the following:

• Degree preferred but educated to A level standard as minimum.

• Eager to learn and grow, regardless of your field of study.

• A keen eye for spotting discrepancies and a passion for precision.

• An exceptional communicator, comfortable making calls and building relationships.

• Proactive and adaptable, ready to jump into new challenges.

• Intrigued by the automotive sector, though no previous experience in the industry is necessary.

Responsibilities.

You'll be an integral part of the Commercial team, taking on a variety of tasks:

• Preparation and Research:

You will provide support to the Commercial function, including, but not limited to assisting with meeting preparation, minute taking, the creation of slide decks, follow up outstanding tasks, making sure critical deadlines. You will also be responsible for accurately entering and updating important data into our systems. This may include client information, performance figures, and other key metrics that are essential for our operational and strategic analysis. Your diligence in managing this data will support our decision-making processes and contribute to the overall integrity of our commercial function.

• Quality Control:

You will conduct quality checks to ensure that the enquiries we receive and send to clients are of the highest standard (making sure that no spurious names are used etc.,). You will alert internal teams if an enquiry fails to flow through our systems correctly and be vigilant to anything out of the ordinary.
